Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and procedures for delayed, lost, or damaged packages.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
Some locations, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, may have limited delivery options or require additional transit time. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional events, or other high-volume periods. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Eligibility for free shipping and the final shipping charge will be shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin on the date your order ships, not the date the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you have not received tracking information after the estimated processing period, please contact us at shen1990shen@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us at shen1990shen@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us at shen1990shen@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that your package may be lost in transit, please contact us at shen1990shen@gmail.com. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution for packages confirmed as lost.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier or local post office.
- Allow one additional business day, as some packages may be marked as delivered shortly before arrival.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can review the situation and assist where reasonably possible.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at shen1990shen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, shipping box, packaging materials, and shipping label. After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
9. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable after an order has shipped, except where required by applicable law or when the issue resulted from our error.
